At the Windsor Curling Club, rental is available to groups small or large, to enjoy the game of curling or to use our licensed lounge and bar area. This is a different way to entertain associates from your place of employment, school, service clubs or many friends.
The Windsor Curling Club facilities includes
- A Professional Kitchen with;
- a large kitchen with two stoves,
- microwave, refrigerator with freezer space,
- commercial dishwasher, steam serving units,
- commercial coffee urns and dinner service for 120 complete with table cloths.
The WCC is licensed and can operate a cash bar for rentals if requested. The lounge area has a projector and pull down screen available for audio-visual presentations/training, as well as one large screen television, and an area with space to accommodate a small band.
Heat pumps in the lounge area, to allow for air conditioning during the summer months.
Ice rentals are available from November through March. From May to October the ice shed is available for larger functions.
PLEASE NOTE: Rental insurance and $150 damage deposit is required.

1 Sheet - $45/hr up to 3 hours = $170
2 Sheets - $85/hr 3 - 6 Hours = $315
3 Sheets - $110/hr all day = $390
4 Sheets - $135/hr

CURLING RENTAL - BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
ATTIRE: Footwear: If you don’t have curling shoes, use a clean pair of flat running shoes. The club has grippers available for you to use but quantities are limited.
CLOTHING: Wear loose fitting clothing.
TEMPERATURE: There are heaters in the rink so you won’t get very cold. Dress in layers. Gloves or mitts are a good idea. You can always shed.
EQUIPMENT: Brushes; The club has a supply of brooms for your use.
Slip-on sliding devices for your shoes are also available to help you deliver the rocks.
SCHEDULE: Arrival; You should arrive at least 20 minutes early but you may want to arrive early depending on the size of your group. It will take a few minutes to ensure each person is ready to get on the ice.
INSTRUCTORS: If you are new to the sport and would like to have one or more instructors work with you or your group please be sure to mention it
BAR: Prior to, during and after the ice rental period, a full-service, professionally operated bar service is available. The bar stocks a wide variety of beverages. No drinks are allowed on the ice.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
PREP: Make sure all participants have at least one gripper on their non-sliding foot and tape or a removable slider has been made available to them to throw. The faster you get setup the more ice time you will have.
ICE TIME: For each game, you will have a maximin 2 hours ice time from the time of your booking so get out to the ice as fast as you can.
