Dudley Bezanson was awarded the tender to build the new curling rink in Windsor. The Windsor Curling Club announced plans to expand to include three sheets of ice and construct a new clubhouse

1946

Members of the Windsor Curling Club voted to construct a new rink with artificial ice.

1948

In the Hants Journal from 1948, the new ice plant for the curling rink in Windsor was officially opened, with the mayor curling the first stone, and the president of the club, James Meagher, declaring it officially open.
