 urling is a great option for those who have knee and back issues and might
  find the bending and crouching needed in traditional curling a challenge.
 
 Come out and Learn to Curl with us!&nbsp\; Our volunteer instructors wi
 ll teach you the basics of curling and the&nbsp\; safety procedures needed
  to play the sport.&nbsp\;At the end of this two hour event you will be ab
 le to propel a rock down the ice\, sweep the rock\, know the rules of the 
 game and be able to play the game at a novice level.
